  By THEIR mistake, my mother's life insurance policy was canceled. When my mother realized what had happened, she asked Banker's Life to reinstate the policy because she hadn't wanted it canceled. They wouldn't reinstated her based of medical issues.
  I find it highly unprofessional that they wouldn't work with her, and the money that she had invested into the policy was subsequently "lost".
  Bad business.
  If you don't take care of your clients, you get bad reviews.
