  Not a bad place. A bit run down but livable. The staff could be a bit more accommodating. I ran out of change using their laundry facilities to dry some clothes. I needed just 75 cents more. Front desk said they couldn't give me cash back when I made a purchase in the snack shop and then told me I could go down the street to am-pm gas mart to use their atm at 9pm at night for .75 cents...Or I could hang my clothes on hangers from the curtain rod in my suite and turn up the heater.... well thanks I'll do that!
  The housekeeping staff are excellent and friendly! The front desk should take lessons from their cleaning crew!

  Great maybe the best place to stay in Chico....We stayed in a 1 bed suite with a little ing area and partition doors deciding it from the rest if the room. So it was. Basically a 2 bed with living area. Clean, comfortable beds. Sauna, pool, spa, and exercise room. All exterior doors required a room key for accces. Very safe. Highly recommended!!!

  Everyone was great. Came down for an out patient surgery and we were able to get a late check out. The breakfast was wonderful, starting at 6a. We will be back again! Thank you Oxford Suites!
