  I found service manager level 1 Michael Banki to be surprisingly agressive during our interaction. I usually use the instore branch at Raley's, but happen to stop in the east Ave location to save time.
  He was extremely rude and unprofessional handling my attempt at depositing two checks. I have used wells Fargo since 1992 and never before had such obvious arogance and rude behavior from a customer service representative.
  I ended up leaving to drive across town to my bank that is the perfect example of friendliness and professionalism. I will not use the east Ave location again, and am disappointed that michael banki's behavior is allowed in such a field.

  I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for over 10 years and as of today I shutdown my account due to this branch. I recently moved to Chico from San Diego and I was glad to see that I had a Wells Fargo so close to me but I wasn’t exspecting the lack of customer service both me and my wife several time had to drive back and forth to my home to get more documents to help get a check into my account and to pay off a home loan for our house in San Diego so that we could open up a new one here for a house in Chico. Each time we asked them if they needed anything else think that we should get everything now for them but each time the said in a rude tone no thats all go get it now. By the 4 or 5 th time I had to get a manager involved to see why this was happening and she informed me that we wouldn’t need anything else.... I’ll let you guess what happen the next time I came in yup I need more paper work and I got more rude comments from both the service help and the manager now. So today I decided I was done with my account and when I came in not one person tried to talk to me about keeping my account or why I was leaving they didn’t care one bit about my business to the bank they didn’t even get a manager to try and save it. Wells Fargo has a higher standard than this and as a corporate company they should step up and fine tune this store back to what it should be and that’s respectable place to Bank that has the right to be a good Bank.
