  Ed,
  The name is misleading. We ordered off of the internet, and the expected time was 15 min. Driving to Fast Eddy’s, I was expecting a fast and nice staff. Instead, I waited for my sandwiches for, well...more than 15 min. I was standing looking at the staff for an hour. I was told numerous times that my sandwiches were being made and would be ready in a few. After being told this about three times, I can only surmise that my sandwiches were not being made. I do not know if the problem is the fact that Eddy’s is understaffed and the kitchen is small, or that the place does not know how to deal with take-out orders. Regardless, I will not be going back to the Ed-Man’s establishment.
  
  Ps: for the long wait, the staff gave me extra cookies, which is pathetic. I should have been refunded for my sandwiches.
