  The insurance business is commission-based and it is a rare gem that puts the needs of their clients ahead of profits. Dale's integrity, combined with a sincere desire to look out for his clients, is such gem.
  
  Having become 100% disabled in our 50s presents a multitude of problems and expenses. Dale, has spent an innumerable amount of hours over the past 5 years , researching the best plan to meet our ongoing medical needs. He sacrificed his commissions (but never told us) to present us with the best health insurance plan. He is genuinely kind, a great listener and very approachable. If there was a satisfaction chart to rate our experience with Firm Foundations, 100% would not be high enough.
