  Just called to make an appointment for an annual. Since I haven't been in a few years, I'm a "new patient" and doctor policy is they "don't do physicals" for new patients. Nevermind that I've come to mangrove since I was a toddler. And it's reception who declined and said I'll need to go in and get established before I can get a simple physical. I asked if there was nobody aside from reception who gets to make that call, and nope. Well I'm not new to mangrove... They've got 35 years of my history on file, but that's fine, I'll take my big girl insurance elsewhere I suppose.
