  I work night shift and bought a can of Skoal chew around 3AM. I opened the can around 5:30AM and noticed how dried out it was. I looked at the expiration/fresh date and realized it was a week past the date. Figured no big deal, they will exchange it out for a fresh can like everyone else always does. Stopped by on my way home 6AM, explained they had sold me an expired can (showed him the full can) three hours ago, and asked for a new fresh one. Cashier tried to ring me up for another can. Told him I was not paying for another can and he told me I would have to come back at 10AM to talk with Sam. Not a good way to treat regular customers because I will no longer go back.
